A county treasurer having charge of district money shall report as to it in writing on the second Monday in each month all of the following:
(a) Amount in the county treasury at the close of the month next preceding.
(b) Amounts received in the month next preceding.
(c) Amounts paid out in the month next preceding.
The report shall be verified and filed with the secretary.
