California Water Code CHAPTER 1 - General Provisions

• Section 70000.
  This part shall be known and may be cited as the Levee District Law of 1959.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 370.)
• Section 70001.
  Nothing in this part affects the provisions of any statute in relation to levee districts now in force.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 370.)
