California Water Code ARTICLE 1 - General Provisions

• Section 1750.
  As used in this chapter “works” includes dams, tunnels, diversion works, ditches, and other works or constructions.(Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 368.)
• Section 1751.
  As used in this chapter “power” includes electricity, electrical power, and other power.(Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 368.)
• Section 1752.
  The board shall determine the pro rata and other costs provided for in this chapter.(Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
