California Water Code CHAPTER 1 - Short Title and General Provisions

• Section 74000.
  This division shall be known and may be cited as the Water Conservation District Law of 1931.(Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 75.)
• Section 74001.
  This division shall be liberally construed to carry out the purposes and intent hereof.(Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 75.)
