Florida Statutes Section 733.2123 - Adjudication Before Issuance Of Letters. (Fla. Stat. § 733.2123)

1733.2123 Adjudication before issuance of letters.—A petitioner may serve formal notice of the petition for administration on interested persons. A person who is served with such notice before the issuance of letters or who has waived notice may not challenge the validity of the will, testacy of the decedent, venue, or jurisdiction of the court, except in the proceedings before issuance of letters.

1Note.—Section 9, ch. 2015-27, provides that “[t]he amendments made by this act to ss. 733.212, 733.2123, 733.3101, and 733.504, Florida Statutes, apply to proceedings commenced on or after July 1, 2015. The law in effect before July 1, 2015, applies to proceedings commenced before that date.”
