Florida Statutes Section 501.035 - Home Solicitation Sale; Exclusions. (Fla. Stat. § 501.035)

501.035 Home solicitation sale; exclusions.—There shall be excluded from the operation of ss. 501.021-501.055:

(1) The sale of insurance; and

(2) The sale of farm equipment or machinery.
