Hawaii Revised Statutes 201-101.5 Definitions.

[§201-101.5] Definitions. As used in this part:

"Department" means the department of business, economic development, and tourism.

"Director" means the director of business, economic development, and tourism. [L 1999, c 112, pt of §1]
