Hawaii Revised Statutes 342b-7 Annual Reports.

§342B-7 Annual reports. The department shall compile an annual report summarizing:

(1) Air quality data from all air quality monitoring stations;

(2) Annual criteria pollutant emissions;

(3) Annual air toxic emissions; and
