Hawaii Revised Statutes 353c-1 Definitions.

[§353C-1] Definitions. Whenever used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Department" means the department of public safety.

"Director" means the director of public safety. [L 1989, c 211, pt of §6]
