[§428-1203] Certificates and certified copies to be received in evidence. All certificates issued by the director in accordance with this chapter, and all copies of records filed in the office of the director in accordance with this chapter when certified by the director, shall be taken and received in all courts, public offices, and official bodies as prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated. A certificate by the director under the seal of the department, as to the existence or nonexistence of the facts relating to a limited liability company or foreign limited liability company, shall be taken and received in all courts, public offices, and official bodies as prima facie evidence of the existence or nonexistence of the facts therein stated.
