Hawaii Revised Statutes 53-39 No Limitation of Provisions by Implication.

§53-39 No limitation of provisions by implication. No provision in this part applicable specially or only to a redevelopment corporation shall be construed to limit by implication the applicability of this part or any other provision thereof to any other person or corporation.
