(105 ILCS 5/1A-10)
Sec. 1A-10. Divisions of Board. The State Board of Education shall, before April 1, 2005, create divisions within the Board, including without limitation the following:
(1) Teaching and Learning Services for All Children.
(2) School Support Services for All Schools.
(3) Fiscal Support Services.
(4) (Blank).
(5) Internal Auditor.
(6) Human Resources. The State Board of Education may, after consultation with the General Assembly, add any divisions or functions to the Board that it deems appropriate and consistent with Illinois law.
