(10 ILCS 5/18-18) (from Ch. 46, par. 18-18)
Sec. 18-18. The costs and expenses of emergency referenda elections or special elections conducted by boards of election commissioners shall be paid as provided in Sections 17-30 and 17-32 of this Code.
