(205 ILCS 205/12203)
Sec. 12203. Board of Savings Banks; powers. The Board shall have the power to:
(a) advise the Governor and Secretary on all matters
relating to the regulation of savings banks; and
(b) advise the Governor on legislation proposed to
amend this Act or any related Act.
