Illinois Compiled Statutes 20 ILCS 801 Department of Natural Resources Act. Section 1-10

    (20 ILCS 801/1-10)

    Sec. 1-10. Definitions. For the purposes of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires:

    "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.

    "Director" means the Director of Natural Resources.
