Illinois Compiled Statutes 20 ILCS 896 Lake Michigan Wind Energy Act. Section 10

    (20 ILCS 896/10)

    Sec. 10. Definitions. As used in this Act:

    "Public trust lands" means the bed of Lake Michigan.

    "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.
