    (40 ILCS 5/2-105.1)

    Sec. 2-105.1. Tier 1 participant; Tier 2 participant.

    "Tier 1 participant": A participant who first became a participant before January 1, 2011.

    "Tier 2 participant": A participant who first became a participant on or after January 1, 2011.
