Illinois Compiled Statutes 430 ILCS 130 Emergency Evacuation Plan for People With Disabilities Act. Section 25

    (430 ILCS 130/25)

    Sec. 25. Penalty. Failure to comply with any Section of this Act is a petty offense punishable by a fine of $500.
