Illinois Compiled Statutes 50 ILCS 335 Municipality and Sanitary District Mutual Expenditure Act. Section 2

    (50 ILCS 335/2) (from Ch. 85, par. 1622)

    Sec. 2. "Substantially" shall be interpreted to mean that the major portion of the city or village is located in the sanitary district.
