Illinois Compiled Statutes 620 ILCS 5 Illinois Aeronautics Act. Section 5

    (620 ILCS 5/5) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.5)

    Sec. 5. "Civil Aircraft" means any aircraft other than a public aircraft.
