Illinois Compiled Statutes 620 ILCS 50 County Airports Act. Section 6

    (620 ILCS 50/6) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 109)

    Sec. 6. "Aircraft" means the same as in Section 3 of the Illinois Aeronautics Act.
