(65 ILCS 5/4-3-2) (from Ch. 24, par. 4-3-2)
Sec. 4-3-2. Whenever a municipality adopts this article it shall discontinue its division into wards. The mayor and 4 commissioners of the municipality shall be nominated and elected at large.
