(70 ILCS 200/20-35)
Sec. 20-35. G.O. bonds; election. General obligation bonds of the Authority shall not be issued until the proposition to issue the same has been submitted to and approved by a majority of the voters of the metropolitan area voting upon the proposition at an election in accordance with the general election law.
