Illinois Compiled Statutes 740 ILCS 50 Criminal Conversation Act. Section 3

    (740 ILCS 50/3) (from Ch. 40, par. 1953)

    Sec. 3. No punitive, exemplary, vindictive or aggravated damages shall be allowed in any action for criminal conversation.
