Illinois Compiled Statutes 815 ILCS 185 Loan Advertising to Bankrupts Act. Section 2

    (815 ILCS 185/2) (was 720 ILCS 330/2)

    Sec. 2. Any person violating this Act shall be guilty of a business offense and shall be fined not more than $1,000.
