Illinois Compiled Statutes 815 ILCS 407 Sale or Pledge of Goods by Minors Act. Section 2

    (815 ILCS 407/2) (was 720 ILCS 345/2)

    Sec. 2. Any person violating the provisions of section 1 of this act shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a petty offense.
