Gasoline propelled engines or machinery
Sec. 7. The provisions of IC 22-10-1.5 through IC 22-10-11 shall
apply to all commercial coal mines, except that it shall be unlawful
to use or operate any gasoline propelled engine or machinery inside
any mine in this state.
