"Qualified entity"
Sec. 18.7. "Qualified entity" means:
(1) a volunteer fire department (as defined in IC 36-8-12-2);
(2) the executive of a township providing fire protection under
IC 36-8-13-3(a)(1); or
(3) a municipality providing fire protection to a township under
IC 36-8-13-3(a)(2) or IC 36-8-13-3(a)(3).
