Power of political subdivisions to regulate; limitation
Sec. 9. Except as provided in section 10 of this chapter, political
subdivisions do not have the power to regulate regulated:
(1) amusement devices;
(2) boilers;
(3) lifting devices; and
(4) pressure vessels.
