Compliance with former law
Sec. 3. Every employer who has complied with the requirements
of the provisions of Acts 1915, c.106, or the industrial board under
that act, which compliance is effective as of May 21, 1929, shall to
the same extent be deemed to have complied with the requirements
of IC 22-3-2 through IC 22-3-6.
