Rates
Sec. 3. Except as provided in section 1(a) of this chapter, each
employer shall pay contributions equal to the following percentage
of wages:
(a) Five and four-tenths percent (5.4%), except as otherwise
provided in IC 22-4-11-2, IC 22-4-11-3 and IC 22-4-37-3.
