Indiana Code - Labor and Safety - Title 22, Section 22-4-17-7

Disputed claims; hearings; subpoenas; production of books and
papers

Sec. 7. In the discharge of the duties imposed by this article, any
member of the board, the review board, or an administrative law
judge, or any duly authorized representative of any of them, shall
have power to administer oaths and affirmations, take depositions,
certify to official acts, and issue and serve subpoenas to compel the
attendance of witnesses and the production of books, papers,
correspondence, memoranda, and other records deemed necessary as
evidence in connection with the disputed claim or the administration
of this article.
