Distribution directly to program or distribution subject to
conditions
Sec. 10. The department may make a distribution of funds directly
to a program, or may make a distribution subject to conditions that
will ensure use consistent with the distribution and utilization of
funds under the Job Training Partnership Act (29 U.S.C. 1501 et
seq.).
