"Comprehensive job training and related services" defined
Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "comprehensive job training and
related services" include recruitment, counseling, remediation,
motivational prejob training, vocational training, job development,
job placement, and other appropriate services enabling individuals to
secure and retain employment at their maximum capacity.
