Inducement, for profit, to sell or rent by representation of entry
into neighborhood of certain persons
Sec. 4. A person may not, for profit, induce or attempt to induce
a person to sell or rent a dwelling by representations regarding the
entry or prospective entry into a neighborhood of a person of a
particular race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or
national origin.
