Collateral attack; irregularity in proceedings
Sec. 7. No proceedings for sale, mortgage, lease, exchange or
conveyance by a personal representative of property belonging to the
estate shall be subject to collateral attack on account of any
irregularity in the proceedings if the court which ordered the same
had jurisdiction of the estate.
