"Member of the beneficiary's family"
Sec. 12. As used in this chapter, "member of the beneficiary's
family" means a beneficiary's spouse, descendant, stepchild, parent,
stepparent, grandparent, brother, sister, uncle, or aunt, whether of
whole or half blood or by adoption.
