Factors for activation of income withholding order
Sec. 24. An income withholding order may be activated under
section 5(4) or 6(3) of this chapter if:
(1) a person who has been ordered to pay child support is
delinquent;
(2) the income withholding order cannot be activated under
section 5 or 6 of this chapter; and
(3) the duty to support a child has ceased under IC 31-14 or
31-16-2 through IC 31-16-12.
