Indiana Code - Family Law and Juvenile Law - Title 31, Section 31-16-21-1

Payment; contempt

Sec. 1. (a) Whenever in any court proceeding an order is in force
for:
(1) the support and maintenance of the other party to the
proceeding; or
(2) the support and maintenance of a child;
the individual required to pay the support shall pay the support.
(b) The clerk shall collect from the individual, in addition to the
payments, the fee specified in IC 33-37-5-6.
(c) The clerk may collect any unpaid fee in a proceeding for
contempt.
