"Support enforcement agency"

Sec. 23. "Support enforcement agency" means a public official or
an agency authorized to seek to:
(1) enforce a support order or laws regarding the duty of
support;
(2) establish or modify child support;
(3) establish paternity; or

(4) locate an obligor or the obligor's assets.
