Indiana Code - Family Law and Juvenile Law - Title 31, Section 31-18-3-2

Action by minor parent

Sec. 2. A parent who is less than eighteen (18) years of age or a
guardian or other legal representative of the minor parent may
maintain a proceeding:
(1) on behalf of; or
(2) for the benefit of;
the minor parent's child.
