Neglect or refusal to provide services by Title IV-D agency
Sec. 8. If the division of family and children determines that an
agent of the Title IV-D agency is neglecting or refusing to provide
services to an individual, the division may:
(1) direct the agent to perform duties of the agent under this
article; or
(2) provide the services directly to the individual.
