Paternity proceedings to enforce support

Sec. 10. A circuit court has concurrent original jurisdiction with
the juvenile court, including the probate court described in

IC 33-31-1-9(b), for the purpose of establishing the paternity of a
child in a proceeding under:
(1) IC 31-18;
(2) IC 31-1.5 (before its repeal); or
(3) IC 31-2-1 (before its repeal);
to enforce a duty of support.
