Voluntary agreement to participate in and complete family or
rehabilitation services
Sec. 2. A person who is accused of child abuse or neglect may
enter into a voluntary services referral agreement with the
department under this chapter. Under the terms of the agreement, the
person shall successfully participate in and complete any family or
rehabilitative services recommended by the department.
