Advice regarding effect of noncompliance
Sec. 4. Before a person enters into a services referral agreement
under this chapter, the department shall advise the person, orally and
in writing, that the department shall enter information contained in
the child abuse or neglect report that gave rise to the service referral
agreement into the registry as provided under IC 31-33-17 if the
person fails to substantially comply with the terms of the agreement.
