Indiana Code - Family Law and Juvenile Law - Title 31, Section 31-33-9-3

Purchase of services of public or private agency

Sec. 3. To fulfill the purposes of this chapter, the department may
purchase the services of the public or private agency designated to
investigate reports of child abuse or neglect.
