Periodic case review

Sec. 2. (a) In accordance with federal law, the case of each child
in need of services under the supervision of the county office of
family and children must be reviewed at least once every six (6)
months, or more often, if ordered by the court.
(b) The first of these periodic case reviews must occur:
(1) at least six (6) months after the date of the child's removal
from the child's parent, guardian, or custodian; or
(2) at least six (6) months after the date of the dispositional
decree;
whichever comes first.
(c) Each periodic case review must be conducted by the juvenile
court in a formal court hearing.
