Notice of legal rights; appointment of counsel
Sec. 5. The juvenile court:
(1) shall inform the child and the child's parent, guardian, or
custodian of the child's right to counsel and to refrain from
testifying against himself or herself; and
(2) may appoint counsel under IC 31-32-4.
