Indiana Code - Family Law and Juvenile Law - Title 31, Section 31-9-2-29

"Crime"

Sec. 29. "Crime", for purposes of the juvenile law, means an
offense for which an adult might be imprisoned or incarcerated if
convicted under the law of the jurisdiction in which the offense is
committed.
