Indiana Code - Family Law and Juvenile Law - Title 31, Section 31-9-2-62

"Intake officer"

Sec. 62. "Intake officer", for purposes of the juvenile law, means
a probation officer or a caseworker who performs the intake,
preliminary inquiry, or other functions specified by the juvenile court
or by the juvenile law.
